- SaaS Enterprise: custom pricing billed annually via invoice; includes agentic orchestration, RPA, IDP, SAP integration, Camunda Copilot, 24x7 support, and Customer Success Management.
- Self-Managed Free ($0): full non-production use of all features via a one-click local distribution package.
- Self-Managed Enterprise: custom pricing; production-ready with all components, enterprise support SLAs, and professional services.
- Since October 2024 (v8.6), a commercial license is required for Zeebe in any production self-managed environment.
- Non-commercial licenses are available for NGOs, educational use, and hobby projects upon request.
