Orb pricing context

Orb offers three tiers—Core, Advanced, and Enterprise—all with custom pricing determined by sales. Pricing is calculated based on two metrics: total billings processed (invoice value issued to end customers) and event volume ingested. Advanced and Enterprise tiers also include a platform fee. Core covers real-time event ingestion, hybrid and usage-based billing, alerting, invoicing, and basic accounting/tax integrations. Advanced adds data warehouse sync, Salesforce, NetSuite, customer hierarchy, and premium support. Enterprise adds dedicated support and enterprise-grade SLAs. No self-serve signup or public price list is available; prospects must contact sales.
