Four tiers are publicly listed. Basic is free forever and includes Slack/Teams incident response, single on-call schedule, one status page, and essential automation. Team is $19/user/month (annual: $15/user/month) for incident response, with on-call available as a $10/user/month add-on; supports multi-team on-call and alerting. Pro is $25/user/month for incident response plus a $20/user/month on-call add-on; adds advanced insights, AI-native post-mortems, custom incident types, response policies, and private incidents. Enterprise pricing is custom and adds designated CSM, advanced RBAC, multiple environments, HIPAA compliance, SCIM provisioning, live phone support, and support SLAs. On-call can also be purchased as a standalone product at $20/user/month.
