CircleCI uses a usage-based credit model across three tiers. The Free plan is $0/month and includes 30,000 credits (~6,000 build minutes on a Linux small executor), up to 5 active users, and 30x concurrency. The Performance plan starts at $15/month and includes 30,000 credits, with additional credits at $15 per 25,000; users beyond 5 cost $15/user/month, and paid credits roll over up to 12 months. Bulk prepaid credits start at 1M credits for $600 with volume discounts from 5M credits. The Scale plan is custom/enterprise-priced (billed annually), includes GPU access, SSO, config policies, and optional 24/7 SLA support. Network and storage overages beyond plan thresholds are charged at 420 credits/GB. Docker Layer Caching costs 200 credits per job run; IP ranges feature costs 450 credits/GB.
