Bird Email (SparkPost) no longer offers a permanent free tier. Paid plans start at $20/month for 50,000 emails with $1.00 per thousand overage emails. The Premier 100K tier is $75/month and the Premier 250K tier is $170/month, with progressively lower overage rates at higher volumes. Premier plans add A/B testing, dedicated IP, automated IP warmup, 15 subaccounts, inbound email webhooks, and up to 5 custom webhooks. Enterprise pricing (5M+ emails/month) requires direct sales contact and includes a dedicated Technical Account Manager, custom support plans, and unlimited dedicated IPs. Committed monthly volume discounts are available via the sales team.
