Starter: $98/month for 1,000 MAU with up to 6 months storage and BizOps Workspace. Pro: Custom MAU packages with volume discounts; representative examples are $330/month for 5,000 MAU and $500/month for 10,000 MAU (capped), scaling to ~$1,910/month at 50,000 MAU. Enterprise pricing via sales for 50,000+ MAU. Per-message fees, concurrent connection fees, and channel fees are all included in the MAU cost. Unlimited storage, 99.999% SLA, HIPAA BAA, and advanced analytics are Pro-tier features. Annual commitment discounts are available.
