Contentful offers three Platform tiers. Free ($0/month): up to 10 users, 2 locales, 100K API calls/month, 50 GB CDN bandwidth, 1 Starter Space—intended for learning and exploration. Lite ($300/month): up to 20 users, 3 locales, 1M API calls/month, 100 GB CDN bandwidth, includes comments, scheduled publishing, and live collaboration; 1 Starter Space plus 1 Lite Space available for additional purchase. Premium: custom/enterprise pricing with unlimited API calls, custom CDN bandwidth, dedicated Customer Success Manager, 24/7 support, 99.99% uptime SLA, SSO, advanced security, EU data residency, and unlimited Spaces. Personalization (3 sub-tiers: Start, Core, Scale), Studio, and AI Actions are separate add-on products available on Premium plans at additional custom pricing. AI Actions supports pay-as-you-go and pre-pay credit models.
