Team: starting at $120/month for 10,000 MTUs, including core CDP features, unlimited destinations, Protocols, and Privacy Portal. Business: custom enterprise pricing adding Unify (identity resolution), advanced Protocols, Reverse ETL, Twilio Engage (audiences and journeys), CustomerAI Predictions, and dedicated support. All tiers are billed on MTUs—unique user identifiers processed per month including anonymous visitors—which can escalate costs significantly for B2C companies with high anonymous traffic. Full activation via Twilio Engage, Twilio SMS, and SendGrid requires separate product licenses with additional cost.
