MuleSoft does not publish list prices; all quotes are custom. As of March 2024, two main tiers are available—Integration Starter and Integration Advanced—priced on a subscription basis measured by Mule Flows (breadth of deployment) and Mule Messages (usage intensity). An API Management Solution package is available separately or as an add-on. An Automation package bundles MuleSoft for Flow: Integration, IDP, RPA, and Salesforce Flow Orchestration using prepaid Automation Credits. Support tiers include Gold, Platinum, and Titanium. A 30-day free trial requires no credit card or installation. Pricing is broadly regarded as premium-level enterprise and a common barrier for smaller organizations.
